15 min late = map loss

30 min late = elimination from whole tournament

Upper bracket is all bo3 before grand finals. Grand finals match 1 is bo5 and reset match is bo3.

Lower bracket is all bo1.

Veto: Upper player veto first and then take turns. The upper player chooses the first map and has to declare race first.
